- Character Set: Typically set to “utf-8.”

- Email: Enter the email address for which you are setting up the auto-responder.
- From: Enter your name.
- Subject: Enter the subject of the auto-response email.
- Body: Write the message you want to send as the auto-response.
- Set the start and end dates for the auto-responder, if applicable.
- Click “Create/Modify” to save your auto-responder settings.
