- Open your web browser and go to

- In the “Files” section, click on “Backup.”
- Download a Full Account Backup:
- Under “Full Backup,” click “Download a Full Account Backup.”
- Save the backup file to your local storage.
- Restore Emails:
- To restore emails, go back to the “Backup” page.
- Use the “Restore a Home Directory Backup” feature to upload and restore the backup file.
