Backing Up and Restoring Emails

Overview:
Regular backups protect your email data and ensure you can restore it in case of data loss. This guide covers how to back up and restore emails using cPanel.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log into cPanel:
   • Open your web browser and go to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel.
   • Log in using your cPanel credentials provided by Dropals.
2. Navigate to Backup:
   • In the “Files” section, click on “Backup.”
3. Download a Full Account Backup:
   • Under “Full Backup,” click “Download a Full Account Backup.”
   • Save the backup file to your local storage.
4. Restore Emails:
   • To restore emails, go back to the “Backup” page.
   • Use the “Restore a Home Directory Backup” feature to upload and restore the backup file.
